Acceptance of Terms By ordering from our delivery kitchen, selecting a meal for delivery, or providing your contact information, you agree to follow these rules and policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. 3. Services Overview We specialize in freshly prepared Homemade Spaghetti and Creamy Alfredo meals. Our services include daily food delivery operations across our service areas.
4. Ordering & Payments Orders made through our food delivery platforms are final once placed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and most digital payment methods. We do not accept or carry cash. 5. Prices & Taxes Our standard pasta dinners are priced at $10. Prices exclude applicable state and local sales taxes, which will be added at the time of your purchase. 6. Allergens & Dietary Information Our pasta, sauces, and garlic bread contain wheat (gluten), dairy (milk/cheese), and eggs. We operate in a commercial kitchen where cross-contamination is possible. If you have any allergies to these ingredients, we have no substitutes and modifications are not possible. Do not order if you are allergic to any of these ingredients.
7. Cancellations & No-shows Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may result in a fee to cover ingredient preparation costs. No shows and failure to receive your meal from the delivery vehicle may be rescheduled for a later time at the same zone or a partial refund will be reviewed and approved upon request. 8. Order Pickup and Delivery Conduct Customers and delivery professionals are expected to follow designated safety and pickup protocols at our hubs. We maintain a respectful environment; disrespectful or unsafe behavior toward our staff or delivery partners may result in a refusal of service. 9. Refunds & Complaint Handling If you are dissatisfied with your meal, please contact our delivery support team immediately. We take pride in our work and will strive to correct the order or provide a replacement or credit through our digital service.
